Bikarz ("the App") is a rental fleet operations app operated by Teknikoz ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
Bikarz is used by rental operations staff to manage vehicle fleets, bookings, and customers. Staff members sign in with an account; in the course of using the App, they enter information about the rental business's own customers (renters).
We do not collect precise location data, and the App does not contain advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Data is retained for as long as the associated rental business account is active. You can delete your account from inside the App at any time, without contacting us, under Profile → Delete account. Full steps and what is removed are on the account deletion page.
When a staff account is deleted, the personal details on it (name, email address, phone number, profile photo) are erased. Booking and rental records the account touched are kept for the rental business's own record-keeping, with the identifying details removed. If the deleted account is the last owner of a workspace, the whole workspace is deleted with it and any active subscription is cancelled.
Requests about renter records held by a rental business should go to that business, which controls those records. We can be reached at the address below for anything else.
We use industry-standard measures (including encrypted network connections) to protect information in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect data appropriately for the information we handle.
Bikarz is a business tool for rental operations staff and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
